Barn find 2005 SL65 - what are my dangers and what to look out for?

I have found a 2005 sl65 thas has been stored in a garage for roughly 3 years. Dead batterry and flat tires so i cannot test drive it or start it (afraid to start it without fuel flush first). Owner is best friend of a relative and honest - says everything was OK when it was parked. Cannot get it running before i buy, they are transferring out of country very soon and need immediate sale - but at very good bargain price.
