I have a 2016 E89 28i.
I'm hoping someone here can assist. I've looked on the forum but haven't found anything on my problem.
Up until last week, my key fob worked fine to remotely open the top. Press and hold the open button and the top went down like magic.
As of about 5 days ago the feature no longer works to LOWER the top (YES the curtain in the trunk is in the down and latched position). The doors unlock and lock using the key fob remote with no issues.
I can lower the top using the dash buttons (IF the car is running) and (this is the weird part) I can RAISE the top using the remote.
Any idea what could be going on?
