Static/Crackling when radio is off .......W204

I'm getting static from front and back speakers when the engine is on and radio is off, I notice that the radio display lights is on, this thing is possessed!! The static/crackling is also heard when the radio is on. I have checked: -the fuses -the ground connections in the trunk I appreciate any input on this.
