While working on my other problem I have found a new problem...
AAV has been disassembled, cleaned and bench tested a few months ago.
I turn the engine on, it is cold and after a minute or two starts surging. In response I turn the idle air screw in until it stops surging.
After the engine has fully warmed up the revs in P are around 600. This makes the car a bit harder to start and seems a bit unhappier. In response I turn the idle air screw out to raise the RPM to about 800.
