2005 Mercedes-Benz C55 AMG LONG ISLAND NY

Purchased it over the summer of 2022. 88,000 miles (will go up as this is my daily driver) The bad: One small chip in the paint(pictured) next to the gas cap. Otherwise the paint is a solid 9/10 for the age. Steering wheel is stuck in the up/down position. (in/out motion works fine.) The motor still works so it is most likely the small white plastic piece inside that is cracked.
