My 2002 CL500 electrical engine fan was faulty and would not turn on. So I bought a new replacement online and installed into the car today. The new fan isnt operating correctly and I want to work out if its the fan or something else.
Basically when I turn the car key to the ON position even without the engine being on, the fan turns on and runs at MAX speed. When the car is on the same thing happens, runs at Max speed till the car is turned off again. Coolant temperature sensor...
