Mercedes w140 350SD to Om606 swap

I've recently been contemplating on upgrading from my w201 to the big Benz, 140. With current gas prices in Canada, diesel, specifically biodiesel (veggie) has been sitting in my mind for a few months. I have already figured out how to get the grease and how to separate the fat from the oil to run on biodiesel rather than pure veggie. Now onto the problem, in North America, only the om603 rod bender was available on the w140 chassis. I know that some had replaced heads that fixed the issue... Mercedes w140 350SD to Om606 swap
