A/C removal 380SL

I am considering taking off the A/C rad and making sure the compressor stop running 2 reasons- I am in a hot country (mostly) and the engine is running hot, so more air through front grill is better Second- the air vents are blowing hot air constantly which is even nasty for the driver & passenger. So taking it out will solve both? or shall i take some electric part out for stopping the inner vents?
