B250 phone keeps turning off

I have a 2017 B250 which I've paired my Motorola phone with, and that is working fine. The issue I have is that I have to manually turn on the phone in the car console in order to be able to use it, because everytime I start the engine, the phone is off by default. Also, when my phone rings, sometimes the car system will pick it up (so I'll be talking through the car microphone/speaker system) but most of the time it will not pick up the call.
