W221 S320 - Turbo issue

W221 S320 CDI 2007 Symptoms; Car has loss of power When reving over 2k rpm there is a lot of hesitation Can hear turbo making a 'whoosh' type sound when rev'd in Park mode Noticed a slight oil leak around the turbo Oil drop on drive, towards the back centre of the engine Car revs fine (not in limp mode) Plugged in to STAR diagnostic, reported the following; 2359-002 - Check system 'Charge pressure control'.
