I am having a problem tracking down a noise on my 2002 ML55 with 162k miles that I noticed getting louder and louder since I bought the SUV several months ago. Seems to be coming from underneath the ML, and seems louder from the right rear. Tried taping my smartphone headset to the bottom of the car but get to much tire and exhaust noise.
