TRANSMISSION COMPATIBILITY W140

Hello Guys, i need to replace a S320 W140 transmission at the garage; i know for sure that the car is fitted with a 722.605 tranny. As i need to find a used part, can somebody tells me FOR SURE if any 722.6 transmission will fit with the car? Thank you for your help Best Cedric
