Interpreting duty cycle reading

Hi folks After replacing EZL on my 1991 500SL, I am trying to hunt down the high idle in P or N when engine has reached operating temp. Checked throttle switch - continuity & resistance seem good Checked for vacuum leaks. All hoses & connectors in very good order. No change in idle when spraying everywhere with carb cleaner I pulled the connector to ICV (when engine warmed up at 80C).
