M Performance CS Lip: Question?

So I purchased an OEM CS front lip/splitter from Continental02 a few weeks back. He had it on his M3 CS I believe. He provided some mounting screws but that's about it. I asked him if any addition mounting hardware was required (i.e. OEM bracket) and his response was no.

Does anyone with experience installing an OEM M3/M4 CS lip know if additional mounting hardware is required for install? If so, could you point me in the direction as to where I could purchase it!
