GLK250 "Puffs" While Idling

I have a 2014 GLK250 with 112,000 km. We recently ran a Terradeisel EGR purge and had the temperature sensor in the soot particulate filter replaced (extended warranty) to clear a CEL with codes indicating the temp sensor was faulty and an oxygen sensor was faulty. The car runs like a top and is very responsive at this point with one niggling thing. Randomly, but about one in three times when stopped in traffic and idling, the engine seems to skip for a fraction of a second. This will happen... GLK250 "Puffs" While Idling
