Buying a second hand clk 280/350

Hi all, Am looking to buy a second hand CLK 280/350 (likely 2007/2008). Wondering if anyone had any advise/thoughts/things I should look out for. Have googled alot of reviews and there doesn't seem to be any major issues. Is the clk 350 worth the extra cost over the clk 280?? thanks daniel
