ADDING SUB TO W211 WAGON

Hi I do have no harman audio in my w211 and just found a rear sub for sale and I am wondering whether I can connect it and activate in SD inorder to work? Does somebody did this kind of upgrade? attached pics of what I have under the side panel and the sub for sale. thanks
