seat belt light stays on and gong

All of a sudden my seat belt light goes on and the gong sounds, the gong goes off and the light stays on. I have moved the passenger seat forward to make sure the seat back is fully locked and the light is still on. I can start the car and the light will be off and then it comes on with the next start. 1992 300sl - I have not seen an occupant sensor on the seat bottoms so this would not be the cause. e 320 2005 cdi

Does the injector for E 320 CDI have o ring mid shaft. When I removed my old injector it appeared to have a rubber o ring mid shaft that had partially designated, but the new Bosch 6480700387 does not come with one. Mercedes does not list a O ring. Did they discontinue the rubber O ring?

Water Pump replacement - removal problem

Pulling my hair out here. Trying to pull the old water pump, but cannot get a tool in the 6mm Hex bolt on the back of the pump bolting to the block. Has anyone done this? The 13 mm on the front came out without a problem, but I've been trying to get this other bolt off for hours. Intake manifold in the way on the right, just a small hole between that and the water pump.

W203 220 CDI What’s your best MPG?

Just replaced the turbocharger (eBay seller in Germany, refurbished) and MAF (new MB part). Was pleasantly surprised (read: astonished) to find I got 68.5 mpg on a long run! At fuel pump it worked out at 67.5 mpg. Wife took this photo. Any one getting similar?

Starting

Mercedes benz e250 2010 BE, after rapaired steering lock, it sometimes delays starting up to 4th attempt with no cranking. I have replaced battery. I fear it will damaged steering lock again. Codes, 1. Engine light, And 2. Pre-safe inoperative.

AC Problem 2004 CLK

The AC stopped blowing cold. So I got the freon recharged and they confirmed there was no leaks. It got a little bit better for a couple months but then stop blowing cold again I noticed on the passenger side it's slightly cold and on the driver side it's not cold at all. After searching online I think something might be wrong with the climate control. I've followed a few steps that I saw online but it's still the same.
