2014 W212 E550 Leather Color Correction

Good morning, everyone, I'm looking for a little advice on doing some color correction on the passenger seat of my 2014 E550. It came optioned with a dark brown full leather interior. I've yet to source the factory color code/name for the hue. I've attached an image of the seat. The dye has worn a bit and I'd like to correct it and blend the colors back together.
