2003 Mercedes ML350 - side air vents don't blow air - center 3 vents blow

Hi, In my 2003 ML350 w163 side air vents don't blow air (passenger and driver), however 3 center vents blow fine. Moreover half of the long vents under windscreen also don't blow air, but the another half of the driver side blows fine. Could you tell me where is the problem and is there a need to remove whole dashboard to repair this ? I indicated in red color vents that don't blow air. Thank you
