A neighbour has asked me to look at his 2006 C220. When you turn the key to the crank position nothing happens. I scanned the car for fault codes and I was able to clear most of them aside from the SRS (airbag) and somehting else (can't remember exactly). I got some live data for the starter motor and there was nothing from terminal 50. Is that what energizes the solenoid on the starter motor? I'm suspecting either a broken/loose connection or the starter motor itself. I'm not gonna load up...
