Road Top Installation Issues

I had the unit working but now the screen is completely dead. I disassembled everything and reconnected the original wiring configuration, and the screen is dead also. I reinstalled the wiring config to Road Top and still dead. I do know that the radio still works, and the changer has power, but I can't see anything to get some type of diagnosis on the screen or any of the information Road Top will need to help me out. Anyone have this issue?
