Hey! i have problems with my bmw 335i with n54 engine. starting with the car starting to leak water from the water pump, so I ordered a new water pump from FCP euro and mounted on the car, 3 screw 2 hoses and a connector, nothing can go wrong as well? ventilated the cooling system by holding down the accelerator pedal for 10 seconds with full heat in the car, 2 times I did the procedure. everything is fine and nothing strange about the car. ran 1 week without any problems. One morning I was going, I came no further than a few kilometers with a yellow overheating symbol and quickly after a red, switched off the car and read out the error code with mhd (2E83). when i check down in expansion tank then water level is good and water pump circulates ?? but the water pump is switched off at high temperature (200 f) turns off the engine and starts it again then the water pump runs again. this is how the car does all the time right now and 2e83 cannot be removed: / please help me
