I am trying to get an understanding of how my headlight assembly can be cracked after the insurance company repair shop replaced my front bumper after a hit and run. When I initially took the car to the shop with the ding in the bumper, the headlights did not have any condensation or water in the lenses. Mind you I rarely leave the car in the rain and I wash the car once a week or when needed.
