07 E320 cdi gearbox interchangable with E280 cdi gearbox

Hi, I have an 07 E320 cdi with problems in the automatic gear. Is it possible to use an gearbox from an E280 cdi? Have found an used one with low milage. The boxes have the same name but 2 different partnummer. How big are the difference? Thanks!
