Key & Transmission problem

I've purchased a 1999 C320 Coupe but, it has no Key and I can't get it in Neutral to put in on a trailer. I need to take it to the Dealer to get a new key made. Also the Battery is dead. Does anyone know how I can get it into Neutral without a Key or Power? Thank you, Alaska man 🙏
