P0170 car has cancer..

Hello, not all but some owners have this problem with m271 engines and p0170 error. My problem is interesting and many things were changed. Smoke tested engine - few holes there fixed New Air mass sensor New lambda New front magnets All lines where tested with vaqum pump no leaks changed lines behin compressor Removed and cleaned ECU board Tested CO ant it show 3.29 % it mus be less then 0.03% STFTat idle is about 0% LTFT sits about 23%.
