What are these engine adaptations?

Hello friends. I have a 2008 E280 3L V6 petrol on which I sometimes get engine running rich codes on idle cold start. I have posted some screenshots and would like to know what are these adaptations - cold-start adaptations, throttle valve stop, sensor rotor. More interested in cold-start adaptation as my error codes seem to be getting logged while cold start at idle. Specifically what parameters are part of this function? Thanks [ATTACH...
