Sandin AC Compressor Issue

Hello Gang, We installed a New Old Stock Sandin SD 508 compressor and charged the system with freon. She cooled beautifully for about two days and then started to cut out. Our mechanic found the compressor seals to be leaking. Is ther a shop that will rebuild these compresso? Or is there a third party replacement that will match up to this unit. Thanks advance, Walt
