W204 Headrest Compatibility

Does anyone know if all headrests for W204 C350 Sport have the deployment mechanism, either leather or cloth? My VIN specifies 204 970 68 50 9E43 for original, which is black leather. But I can see 204-970-64-50-9F53 by application also fits my same year and is a quarter of the price - only difference I can see is it is not leather. Does the second one also have the deployment mechanism? I'm thinking I can buy the cheap one and just swap the cover, which is in perfect condition. Does... W204 Headrest Compatibility
