At issue: PS rear seat headrest will not stay up
When I pull the DS rear seat headrest to the 'up position', it clicks into place and stays up.
For the PS unit, it will not stay up in place (and no clicking can be heard).
Release button does work to drop the DS headrest when I tested it. PS rear headrest is down for this test.
side note:
I also have the rear sunshade option.
To test that this was functioning correctly, with both headrests in rest position, the rear shade will not...
