Friends and fellow merc owners - i just purchased an Autel Diagnostics machine to run diagnostics. The software is set up but its running but saying iot cannot communicate with control unit.
Could someone please point me to the unit and i can try taking it from there
possible causes
set up - i think it is correct according to the manual
dongle - its working accoring to the dongle and light on dongle
scan - scanning its scanning
result - not scanned no communication with control unit...
