Coolant Temperature Sensor Testing

Hello Benzworld! I recently failed an emissions test for high HC's on my 1994 E320 Estate. It barely passed at 15 mph but at 25 MPH the HC's are at 50 ppm and the max. allowable is 32 ppm. I have recently replaced the following: - Coils, Wires, Plugs - IAT - MAF sensor - O2 Sensor - CAT (2 years ago) The car runs better than ever but I can smell that the car is running rich.
