2004 E500 4Matic Wagon - Squeaky Front Suspension

I've found a bunch of similar posts, but I can't figure out if I should buy the lower control arm assembly, the upper control arm assembly. Or do I just buy both and just switch them out - 90K Miles on the wagon, running great otherwise. Really Squeaky on slow bumps, especially on the left side. Slight shudder when driving at higher speed...that could just be an alignment issue. I found a couple of good videos here and on YouTube.
