M272 2006 C230 2.5l Replacement Engine Install

Well crap. P0016 and P0017 and it's just plain worn out with 272k on the clock. Found 2007 m272 2.5 with 42k miles to put in the old gal. Question for the Community: What items should I replace when I have the engine out of the car? Oil pan gasket is nothing but the "Right stuff" sealant, there is no "gasket" to buy Rear main seal is a given along with the front crank seal, already ordered.
