Adding Rear Seat Entertainment Package after purchase?

Hi folks, First time poster here with a question. I'm shopping around for the new 2014 S550 and I've hit a bit of a snag. I've not been able to find the combination of color and options I'm looking for in any dealership inventory nearby. I'm also not able to wait for a custom order delivery since my current car is not in drivable condition. I'm considering dropping the option that's hardest to find, being the Rear Seat Entertainment Package, and then asking the dealer if they can add it...
