c250 Oil leaks and cracked flex disc 2014 C250

Have posted this in the specific forum, but thought opinions from the General group would be great too. Considering the purchase of a 2014 C250 Sedan. North Carolina, One owner 201,000 miles well maintained. Full documentation A few known issues 1- Minor timing cover oil leak - easy to see, diagnosed by MB dealer in February. 2- Turbo line seal leak - diagnosed by MB in February. 3- deteriorating rear flex disc - suggested to be replaced by MB in February. 4- Not an issue now, but the... c250 Oil leaks and cracked flex disc 2014 C250
