Check engine light

I have a 2015 S550 with 49k miles. I drive the car twice a week at most. After not driving for about 5 days, the check engine light all of a sudden is on. I do have a dignostic tool that I plan to hookup later. Ill consider contacting the dealer if the code is something of concern. But, int the meantime. does any one have any ideas as to what would have made the check engine light come on just out of the blue?
