S430 2006

Hi, I have a S430 2006 and it has 97K miles. The extended warranty is due to expire in Oct or 100K miles. I am thinking about trade in (for a VW Golf TDi) due to the miles I do vs. keeping the car. I have the following questions and would appreciate if anyone can help. 1. What is the approx cost to maintain the car per year after 100K warranty. What should I budget. 2. The B service is not due for another 5K miles. Should I get a B service done before the warranty expires to get the car... S430 2006
