I have a 1973 450 sl. Have it at the shop, the transmission was rebuilt about a year ago. Had not put many miles on it and needed to take it back. The shop now needs to replace the transmission modulator, they found one, and it worked but things would not stay correct.
they now are looking for the modulator spring. That they can not find.
would anyone have a source for this spring?
