Bought this car in 2011. Hood insulation was changed out and was not oem original. After a drive on the freeway insulation started to break loose. It was aftermarket foam. So I removed it all and will be replacing with factory M.B. Part 1296802025 pad. My question is there is a lot of old adhesive. i did remove as much as I could without damaging the underneath hood and what did it look like from factory . How much adhesive did they use and in what areas. Thanks for any help as I want to...
