W209 skid plate

I purchased an 08 clk 550 almost 3 yrs ago. At the time of purchase, I had gone over the vehicle with reasonable care but did miss one important item. Apparently, the PO had driven over a curb as I later had to replace a lower control arm and a cracked rim. Also I had noticed the front and rear splash shields were missing. In checking the catalogue and reviewing several videos, I can easily order and replace these parts .However there is also a skid plate which i can not seem to locate on... W209 skid plate
