Gtr 2018 AC won’t start

Good Morning, own GTR 2018, I have a weird situation where the AC doesn't start . When trying to start it using the screen it Also refuse to start. anyone is aware with specific AC issues with the GT series ? would be happy to skip the pleasure of dealership warranty visit. ''thanks
