wtb very particular parts

Hi, While removing the trim i damaged the badly dried rubber cover for the side chrome trim around the windows. I'm looking for both sides and no idea what this is called nor where to find it, marked with red arrows. At the same time i need the rubber seal that goes UNDER the window trim on the door. Green arrows. I appreciate your help.
