Vacuum issues... or not?

There are various issues with my 99 320, I wonder whether any of these issues are related, the vacuum system? 1. hissing sound around headlight adjustment panel, headlight adjustment not working 2. The alarm system often activated for no reasons, have to disarm the system every time 3. Door auto lock does not engage at speed 4. Passenger side door peg only comes up half way vs the drivers side 5. Sometimes rough downshift from 2>1 6. At full throttle, the gear felt like slipping between... Vacuum issues... or not?
