I have a Samsung Galaxy S9+ and an S10 and cannot get either phone to ring in my 2020 M550. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling; even calling BMW Genius. I cannot find a way to adjust ring volume in the car. The only way I know I'm getting a call is a pop-up in the head-up display. Adjusting the volume knob when a call is incoming only makes the radio louder.
