Can't able to update software in my g12

DEAR:
I downloaded the softw update file from bmw site according to my vim, and i did all instruction regarding usb , but when i press update software, it said that the file is incompatible with my BMW.
any advices

Unable to update, my current versions are:
TB-006.027.001
MB-006.027.001
