Help with parts identification

My buddy gave me these parts to sell but I don't know what they all are. Apparently from a 240D motor. Obviously theres a diesel injection pump, and the R12 AC compressor, and apparently the clutch and flywheel. Whats the VDO unit? and the other stuff? Any approximate value?
