EGR & Aux pump noisy

Howdy everyone , my 2004 2.7 L CDI engine supporting misc parts such as Aux pump locates next to fuel filter was running but very noisy , I had replaced a brand new from Benz OEM pump and still making noise but just a hair less than an old one !!! , secondly EGR valve still consume electrical after engine turns off if I leave overnight it will drain battery ,in order to stop it by turn key back on to position 3 but not start engine and pull key off that will stop EGR valve not running after...
