HELP! MISFIRES ON CYL 4 5 6

HI GUYS! Need a little help here. I got a 2003 c240 with engine misfires on cyl 4,5,6. It also has a crunch sound when I start it up and a grinding noise at times when I accelerate or turn to the left. Pertaining to the misfires, I already changed all spark plugs to the OEM plugs. Checked the coils, switched them around to see if the coils were the problem but the cylinders did not change so I knew it wasnt that. Did I buy the right Headlight?

I just cracked my passenger side headlight.. instead of trying to get it replaced at the dealership or through insurance I decided to do some research online. Found one on eBay and cross referenced my headlight OEM to the one listed. However, this is a 2019 model and I currently drive a 2021 c300 4matic. Everything matches up and got it for a fair price. ($599). Once i get it i'll probably get it replaced at a bodyshop. The whole headlight assembly is included (bulbs, LED module), except the... Did I buy the right Headlight?

2007 GL450 very odd behavior - could be PCM? or?

I've got an 07 GL450 with 215K miles. It has had been a solid car with really no problems or issues since I've owned it (bought it at 180K miles) other than me replacing the front airbags with Arnott's. The previous owner took really good care of it. Has zero leaks. However, last week it started doing something odd.
